Duties amp Responsibilities

You will

• Be working as a Senior Cost Control on a trillion dollar medical project based in Riyadh.


• Act as clientrsquos representative interrogate schedulessite reportsnbspfrom Consultant.


• Be responsible for generation for schedule part of the monthly report.


• Confirm the schedule if itrsquos running accordance with the contract.


• Compile into one overall report factual.


• Interact with counterparts on site.


• Identify if the consultant contractor have necessary funds to deliver project.

  Qualifications amp Experience
  
  You will have

  • To understand the context of the schedule.
  
  
  • 10 15 years experience.
  
  
  • Main Contracting or Consulting experience.
  
  
  • Middle East or Saudi experience.
  
  
  • Hospital or Hotel experience.
  
  
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying.
