Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition HR
• Lead Talent Acquisition amp Management internally at TASC in line with the geographic expansion plans and hiring across countries.
• Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization recruiting marketing channel development job board procurement digital and nondigital employment marketing comprehensive recruitment campaign planning talent planning etc…
• Abiding by all quality matrix around function Recruitment TAT Drop Ratio Selection Ratio Quality of hires amp attrition
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing develop talent pool or social engagements.
• Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle including initial assessments interviews QVS RVS offer negotiation amp ensuring on boarding
• Work with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts. Assist and guide them through the process.
• Assist with employee internal growth prospects assessment of employees for different senior roles to enhance retention and build careers for employees internally
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits salary Incentive bonus plans and corporate environment.
• Responsible for Induction and inducting the new joiners.
• End to end on boarding.
• May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to creating a ready talent pool.
• Use social media job boards Internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
• Develop college recruiting programs proactively
• Participate in employment events such as career fairs recruitment agencies conferences etc.
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process across UK GCC amp India in particular.
• Support the HR dept. across other HR initiatives like PMS Employee Engagement amp HR Analytics.
Skills
Qualification
Applicants must be a graduate. MBA is desired
Skills and Competencies
•79 years of relevant recruitment experience. 45 years of UAE experience.
•Exposure to hiring across the markets
•Strong Commercial Acumen
•Knowledge of HR ops HRMS PMS are added advantages
•Good working knowledge of excel PowerPoint
•Person should be a fluent communicator
•Stake holder management is a very key element of this role
