Making arrangements for transport accommodation tours and activities.• Contacting airlines hotels and ground transport companies such as coach operators to make suitable arrangements.• Develops strong account relationship based on understanding customer needs and exceeding customer expectations.• Using the computer database to research information about hotel accommodation fares and hotel ratings.• Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.• Dealing with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner.• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.• Making alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.• Handles various aspects of account including pricing billing and Service Provider issues.

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients.

• Communicate clearly the progress of monthlyquarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
