Lead Engineer – Solution Architect Collaboration

Our client is looking for a Lead Engineer – Solution Architect Collaboration. Location is in Doha Qatar. Responsibilities •The ideal candidate will need to have strong background in Cisco Collaboration and will be primarily involved in solution design and implementation. •The candidate will be expected to work on Cisco Communication Manager immersive telepresence systems and integrator solutions. •The candidate need to have strong understanding of converged networks and should be capable of advising customers on network changes to support the Cisco Collaboration Solutions. •The candidate must function as an escalation point in case of issue arising pre or post implementation. •Function as a mentor to train other Junior Engineers for implementation of advanced technologies under his charter. •Develop and maintain strong relationship and introduce new ways of working. •The candidate will be expected to work on developing collaboration solution design and documentation. •The candidate will be expected to work with our customers and provide them with optimized collaboration solutions. Skills and Experience •The candidate should have strong understanding on collaboration products like the Cisco Telepresence Integrator C Series Cisco Telepresence Server Cisco MCU MSE Series Telepresence Conductor Telepresence ISDN Gateways Cisco WebEx Cisco TMS Cisco Communication Manager Cisco Jabber Cisco Collaboration endpoints Cisco CUBE Cisco Jabber video for Telepresence Cisco Video Communication Server and Expressway. •The candidate must have strong understanding of signaling protocols like SIP H323 SCCP and MGCP. •The candidate must have strong understanding on Quality of Service QOS and must be experienced in implementing them on Cisco devices. •The candidate should have excellent verbal written content development and presentation skills. •The candidate should have excellent presentation skills and willing to do attitude •The candidate should exhibit Strong leadership and team management skills. •Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and decompose into actionable and measurable plans. •Drive and commitment to results with minimum supervision. •Selfmotivated strong initiative and be customer focused. •Drive and commitment to results with minimum supervision.
