1 The supply chain manager will be responsible to manage three sectors



A Purchasing sectorby managing the purchasing executives in buying the school supplies maintenance supplies and IT supplies.

B ware houses sector By managing all the school ware houses and executives

C school uniform manage the full cycle if the school uniform from choosing the producation suppliers to the pricing to the selling process to the warehouses of the uniforms.



2 annalyze current expendutures.



3 plan for cost saving



4 develop standard operating procedures.



5 coach subordinates.
