Process Safety Engineering Risk Specialist

. My client is currently seeking a highly experienced Process Safety Engineering Risk Specialist for a position based on a staff residential expat basis in Dhahran Saudi Arabia.



The purpose of this position is to provide technical expertise in the area of Process Safety Engineering with a heavy emphasis on risk studies and quantitative risk assessment.



Requirements



Bachelors or Masters degree Electrical Mechanical Chemical Process Safety engineering



Minimum 10 years senior experience in Oil Gas



Previous leadership role experience in risk assessment studies of safety instrumented systems ESD and HIP



Quantitative Risk Assessment studies QRA



Dispersion Simulation Fault Tree Analysis



Failure rates for field instruments



Evaluation of HIPS



Thorough knowledge of industry safety risk criteria



Safety Instrumented System applications



Wellheads and Piping



Produce develop and present technical reports
