The Role

Our client are one the leading project management consultancies in Qatar that formed over 5 years ago to provide the leading real estate developers a full array of PMC services on projects both regionally and internationally. These projects are within the commercial residential rail mixed use and retail sectors. All of high value and complexity our client provide Design Cost HSE QAQC Planning and Environmental services on behalf of the client.

We are currently seeking to recruit for their DohaQatar office a Senior Architect. The initial project is a multi billion dollar mixed use large scale development.

Our client are engaged are the client representative on projects and your duties will include

Responsible for ensuring sufficient overall level of technical resources.

Alerting the Project Manager to design technical issues.

Responsible for monitoring response to all Discipline Design Team technical queries and requests for information.

Maintain regular contacts with clients and authorities. Assisting the Project Manager with preparation of progress reports.

Checking project deliverable including reports specifications and studies in relation to the assigned work on the project.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must havebe

A degree in Architecture or Engineering

15 years post graduation experience

GCC or International experience
