bullEstablishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives meeting with managers to discuss needs.Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services colleges employment agencies recruiters media and internet sites Providing organization information opportunities and benefits making presentations maintaining rapport.Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements contacting recruiters using newsgroups and job sites.Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants Analyzing responses verifying references comparing qualifications to job requirements.bullArranges management interviews by coordinating schedules arranges travel lodging and meals escorting applicant to interviews.bullEvaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualificationsMaintain regular contact with possible future candidates.bull Generates recruitment related reports.

- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in high volume technical recruiting and solid track record of recruiting and closing candidates in the UAE region.
- Experience in dealing with high volume recruitment is required.
- Preference is given to someone with experience with recruitment in the Grid construction andor Manufacturing Industry.
- 1 year of full life cycle recruiting experience .
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results and utilize intelligent business approaches to identify amp attract high quality candidates.
Experience with Social Media LinkedInBayt amp Direct Sourcing is required.
A strong understanding amp consistent use of an Applicant Tracking System Taleo is strongly preferred - Experience in working in a corporate multicultural environment.
