Our client is a traditional PQS consultancy with offices worldwide. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor Senior Quantity Surveyor with the ability to work independently for a position covering projects in the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE QUANTITY SURVEYOR SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential

BSc in Quantity Surveying or another construction related degree qualification.

Recent Experience with a PQS consultancy in Saudi Arabia

Experience of projects in the Eastern Province of Saudi is essential

The ability to manage your own workload this is very important as you will manage and supervise your own schedule

Experience of roll out of projects from Restaurants to Industrial Construction projects.

The ability to cope with multiple projects simultaneously

Arabic language skills preferred but not essential
