Nursery CoordinatorAssistant Manager

Responsible for the overall development of educational methods curriculums and improvement of teachers and teacher assistants performance.



Responsible for developing planning implementing and reviewing nursery policies to ensure quality care for children.



Responsible for implementing the overall age appropriate lesson planning and monthly programs.



Providing performance appraisal for teaching staff.



Responsible for providing and observing secure safe clean and nurturing environment for children.



Serving as point of contact for parents establish friendly relationships and communicate with them regarding their children's progress and development. Also present the nursery to new applicants and provide them information about policies curriculums and facilities.



Communicate with government authorities regarding issues related to the nursery.

المهارات

Experiencequalifications in early years education methods and curriculums.



Experience in managing teaching staff.



Excellent command of English and communication skills preferably native speaker or from a European background.
