We are having job opening for Saudi Arabia Dammam Jeddah Riyadh with one of the renowned Retail Industry.
Position HR Manager
Number of Positions 5
Years of Experience 0815 years
Qualification Graduate in Management Post Graduation will be preferred
Brief Job profile
Plan and prepare annual manpower acquisition plan and budget for the Territory
Ensure achievement of the recruitment targets for the Territory as per the approved
manpower budget.
Ensure communication and implementation of the performance management system to enable enforcement of the same across the Territory • Create a culture of setting goal timely review and feedback among the senior employees and head of functions within the territory.
Together with the Head of Compensation implement a comprehensive benefits strategy which aligns with business regional needs.
Develop HR strategy design and development and ensure effective utilization of HRMS for business needs and the design and implementation of HRMS solutions achieving innovative bestinclass solutions.
Manage payroll and associated processes to ensure compliance with budgets.
Maintain and manage the internal process for classification reclassification and salary structure for classified and management positions. • Identify develop and implement improvements in HRIS processes and procedures.
Enable management of employee requests on an ongoing basis. These may include but not limited to vacation requests transfers employee certificates etc • Facilitate the performance management process in the Territory
Support the Learning Development team in the Training needs analysis for the Territory
Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants induction training cubicle allotment team introduction joining processes and formalities etc
Primary resource for information problem solving and communication to senior management as it relates to the architecture and strategy development for all areas pertaining to corporate executive and equity compensation.
Manage the Human Resource Information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization.
