We are having job opening for Saudi Arabia Dammam Jeddah Riyadh with one of the renowned Retail Industry.

Position HR Manager

Number of Positions 5

Years of Experience 0815 years

Qualification Graduate in Management Post Graduation will be preferred

Brief Job profile

Plan and prepare annual manpower acquisition plan and budget for the Territory

Ensure achievement of the recruitment targets for the Territory as per the approved

manpower budget.

Ensure communication and implementation of the performance management system to enable enforcement of the same across the Territory • Create a culture of setting goal timely review and feedback among the senior employees and head of functions within the territory.

Together with the Head of Compensation implement a comprehensive benefits strategy which aligns with business regional needs.

Develop HR strategy design and development and ensure effective utilization of HRMS for business needs and the design and implementation of HRMS solutions achieving innovative bestinclass solutions.

Manage payroll and associated processes to ensure compliance with budgets.

Maintain and manage the internal process for classification reclassification and salary structure for classified and management positions. • Identify develop and implement improvements in HRIS processes and procedures.

Enable management of employee requests on an ongoing basis. These may include but not limited to vacation requests transfers employee certificates etc • Facilitate the performance management process in the Territory

Support the Learning Development team in the Training needs analysis for the Territory

Ensure smooth execution of the induction process for the new entrants induction training cubicle allotment team introduction joining processes and formalities etc

Primary resource for information problem solving and communication to senior management as it relates to the architecture and strategy development for all areas pertaining to corporate executive and equity compensation.

Manage the Human Resource Information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization.
