The client is an international MEP contractor with a very large operation in Saudi Arabia. They have an urgent requirement for a HR manager to manage all of the human resources of their operation in Saudi Arabia.

Role and Responsibility of the HR Manager

nbsp

The HR manager will have experience of looking after the HR operations for construction firms and large workforces. The HR manager must also speak fluent Arabic.

nbsp

HR Manager must have the following

• Circa 10 yearsrsquo experience in a similar role


• Degree qualification from a recognised university


• Arabic as first language


• Must be from a construction background


• Excellent English language skills
