EMPLOYMENT STATUS

Full Time





KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES

Oversees procedures in a field laboratory.

Performs testing to obtain data to support field operations.

Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in testing research and development of products and processes.

Compiles analyzes and interprets results.

Responsible for training lab personnel.

Works independently under general direction.

Provides technical guidance and work direction.

Handles special projects as assigned.





ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's of Science Degree or equivalent.

5 years experience in testlab.

3 years supervisory experience.





OTHER DETAILS

Knowledge of testing procedures and product properties.

Advanced training in discipline associated with tasks of the lab.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently under general direction.
