Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company SABCO has worked as the management services contractor directly with our client the Saudi Arabian Royal Commission for the last 30 years. We are the Engineering Procurement and Construction EPC managers managing design submissions from local AE firms contract and procurement management and overseeing the actual construction work being performed by local contractors and subcontractors in Jubail Industrial City.



Projects we are actively involved with in Jubail include new residential communities petrochemical industrial zone site preparation various commercial buildings and structures mosques schools hospitals sports facilities clinics a new 30000 student university utility services and infrastructure electrical substations lift stations roads and highways port amp pipeline expansions and more.



Monitor contractor Quality Control Program this includes site inspection for compliance with Contract Documents approved submittals and electric codes.

Maintain project safety awareness and enforce company safety policy.

Coordinate with Saudi Electric Company for review of materials approval and compliance with SEC standards.

Facilitate coordination of contractor's work with third parties i.e. SEC MARAFIQ or other public agencies.

Review and respond to contractors technical queries and coordinate with Engineering Department on technical issues.

Supervise quantity takeoffs. Review contractor's monthly invoices. Review OampM manuals. Monitor asbuilts.

Prepare daily reports on each contractor. Provide technical support to the preparation of Field Change Requests and Change Orders.

Participate in construction progress meetings.

Participate in final inspection and prepare punch lists. Review engineering design packages for constructability issues and lessons learned.



Skills amp Experience



University Degree in Electrical Engineering with significant experience in the Construction Testing amp Commissioning of High Voltage systems 380230115kV and MediumLow Voltage power distribution systems



Should have experience in the Installation Testing amp Commissioning of the GIS electrical substations of voltage levels 380230115kV and MVLV Power Distribution systems of 34.513.8kV amp 380220V that includes construction of ductbanks and cable laying



Should have experience in the Installation Testing amp Commissioning of HV Overhead Transmission Lines including civil foundations erection of tower structures and stringing of ACSR conductor



Should have thorough knowledge amp solid experience of electrical codes amp standards such as IEEE IEC NEC NEMA ANSI etc. and prevailing standards of the local utility company SEC



Should have experience in the Review of Design Packages of electrical substations site development and infrastructure projects



Should have experience in the Review of Technical Submittals Shop Drawings and AsBuilt Drawings



Should have experience in the Installation Testing amp Commissioning of the SCADA DCS Telecom Fire AlarmSuppression and substation building's Lighting amp Power and HVAC systems



Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
