Due to continued growth in the GCC and the fact we have recently won another very large project we are now inviting candidates to apply for the position of Commercial Manager Contracts Manager Rail. You will be working for a leading engineering consultancy on a major rail project based in Qatar.



JOB TITLE Commercial Manager Contracts Manager Rail

LOCATION Qatar

REMUNERATION up to 60000 QAR per month TAX FREE figure includes accommodation amp transportation allowances

BENEFITS Annual return flight to point of origin and medical insurance



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Commercial Manager Contracts Manager Rail you will have the following core responsibilities



Support the Project Director in ensuring that the project is a commercial success

Take leadership of the day to day commercial management of the project

Manage the accounts of subconsultants and subcontractors on the project

Monthly reporting of subcontractor account status and any variations

Interface with the design team and the clients' representative

REQUIREMENTS for Commercial Manager Contracts Manager Rail

In order to be successful in your application for the Commercial Manager Contracts Manager Rail you must be able to demonstrate have achieved the following



Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience within the consultancy construction industry with exposure to largescale rail projects

Experience overseeing the commercial aspects of a design oriented project

Senior level management or commercial experience on at least one major design an construct project
