Applications Engineer

We are an Engineering solutions Company providing turnkey solutions in the field of Ground Water Control Industrial Services Specialized Equipment Rental across GCC countries. We serve the Construction Oil Gas Oilfield Services Pipeline Marine Waste Water and other associated industries from its purpose built facilities in the Middle East.



o Accountable for the end to end management of projects from “Award” to “Execution” phase of the project.



o Responsible for Business Development and revenue generation by providing engineered solutions.



o Accountable for the execution of operational works on multiple sites from handover through to project closure including Installation Procurement Mobilization Commissioning Monitoring and Demobilization.



o Identify and secure new projects by generating new leads and converting these for project award.



o Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential current customers and other relevant individuals or bodies in a position to carry out such service requirements.



o Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers planning and organizing sales call schedule.



o Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue streams.



o Oversee the operations team to ensure all work activities are planned and carried out in accordance with the Method Statement contracted scope of works best practices and client obligations.



o Familiarize and acquaint yourself with the prescribed mandatory site reports and the preparation and updating of such reports in a timely manner.



o Maintain good working relationship with all parties at all levels and times when representing the Company SubContractors Staff and third parties.



o Set direction and objectives for team members and ensure achievement of their development plans including recruitment development and mentoring.

Skills

o Understanding of Equipment Rental and Pump Sales would be an added advantage.



o Knowledge on pipeline precommissioning sewage over pumping would be a definite advantage.



o Background in operations site management in a Construction Pump industry.



o Exposure in contributing to business development through applied Engineered solutions.



o Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding operations and business development activities.



o Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.



o Ability to set clear priorities delegate and guide investment in people and systems.



o Excellent team skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively across variety of internal and external stakeholders.



o Must hold a valid driving license.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering related degree or equivalent combination with knowledge
