What is the purpose of this role?TheRoad Space Booking team in Qatar are currently working to deliver fundamentalimprovements to the existing road space booking procedures to ensure RoadsOM have better visibility and control of road space.Aspart of this project the team will oversee and manage procurement of a new roadspace booking system from initial specification through to final delivery.The SeniorSystem Operator will be responsible for the overall operation of the roadbooking system including any required sub systems providing specifications andrequirements for any interfaces required to be developed. Data Management Liaising with stakeholders to ensure data capture and reporting requirements are met reporting requirements. Analysing data to identify issues trends and improvement opportunities. Assisting in translating performance improvement opportunities into a coherent prioritised business improvement strategy Leading the development and production of reports Ensuring the timely submission of complete and accurate data from business divisions and central functions Helping to design and implement appropriate Key Performance Indicators when required Liaising with IT to improve the data collection process Liaising with stakeholder for the design of reports display of data Assisting in the identification of performance improvement opportunities Advocating and facilitating a mindset that encompasses factbased decision making and collaboration.What are we looking for?
