Western Project Manager – Fit OutEngland AssociatesDubai UAERef NP63870The RoleEngland Associates the leading recruiters for the Interior Fit Out Market across the UAE Qatar currently have an Immediate opportunity for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with a long established INTERIOR FIT OUT contractor in the UAE. The company have a wellearned reputation for bespoke fit out services to the commercial and hospitality sector seeks Project Managers with interiors experience to project manage their projects in GCC. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the project schedule and distribute information in a timely manner to ensure that full compliance to the contract is adhered to. • Provide required information to the Design Coordinator to ensure design aspects can be managed. . • Manage and monitor all subcontractor's work for compliance to their contracts. • Liaise with the planning department in regards to design engineering production logistic and installation scheduling. • Liaise with the commercial department and the Project Quantity Surveyor on all variations and cost implications. • Liaise with the procurement and production departments on all technical procurement issues. • Prepare monitor and track all PCO's Proposed Change Orders and CO's Change Orders • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for submittal to Senior Management and client. • Attend all designated meetings in house with the client or nominated representative with subcontractors designers and on site. • Implement and maintain Occupational Health and Safety plan on site. • Set up and maintain a wellstructured site office and manage onsite Fit out Supervisors. • Coordinate the flow of information between subcontractors.RequirementsALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE INTERIOR FIT OUT EXPERIENCE. • Previous project management experience in Interior fitout of commercial office and hotel space. • Solid experience in project costing and scheduling and preparing responses to proposals. • Excellent communication skills essential. • Successful candidate should be highly flexible and adaptable and be experienced in managing a multicultural workforce.
