Tender Coordinator
Tender CoordinatorFugroDubai UAERef GP84897The RoleResponsibilities •Own organize and lead tender process until submission. •Review and summarise incoming RFQ documents including Forms of Agreement and contractual Terms and Conditions. •Lead the Commercial Assistants in preparation and completion of tender packages. •Maintain and control schedule of all tenders. •Communicate effectively with the Clients during tendering process. •Ensure quality and accuracy of tender process and submissions. •Address all tender clarifications efficiently and within the allocated time. •Participate in tender and contract negotiation meetings and summarise discussions. •Follow up with clients after tender submissions. •Creation of a data base for prequalifications tenders clarifications and results. •Assist Business Line Managers by seeking and evaluating relevant opportunities. •Prepare monthly managerial reports based on the data base. •General administrative support. Ideally you have •Knowledge of geotechnical investigation topographical survey and CMTNDT. •Experience of working in the same capacity within Oil and Gas industry.RequirementsQualifications Required •Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in the Middle East •Bachelor degree in Engineering Skills experience required to do the job •Excellent English writing skills •Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office •Experience in contractual review •Proven ability to meet deadlines •Ability to show initiatives •Strong organizational skills •Result driven Role specific Behavioural competencies required •Problemsolvingjudgment ability to work unsupervised and observe think critically and to solve problems using dataanalysis interpretation and reasoning skills. •Teamwork dedication and ability to work successfully with others in a team. •Information Communication ability to receive information from and convey information to others in a timely and clear manner using appropriate language and communication tools. •Client focus ability to generate client satisfaction internally and externally potentially resulting in long term client relationships and additional business. •Planning organizing able to set priorities and determine actions time and resources tools software people and budget as appropriate. to achieve predefined goals.
