This major US practice offers a strong office network throughout the Middle East together with an established presence in Saudi Arabia. Due to an increase in recent deal flow they are interested in speaking to local Saudiqualified lawyers with at least three years' experience in transactional corporate matters.

The work will involve a mix of international and domestic acquisitions joint ventures and takeovers for clients including foreign investors private companies government bodies and public institutions.

You will join a thriving office supporting over 20 lawyers and will work with one of the most respected partners in the Riyadh market. The salary on offer is above market rate and the role comes with genuine ongoing prospects.
