The project aims to increase oil production from the field to 750000 barrels per day and to sustain this level of production for at least 25 years. Job purpose Scope Propose the best commercial solution to meet the internal end users requirements considering cost effectiveness and schedule aspect Carry out a variety of duties related to tendering and contracting for provision of services required for the project. Implement and ensure compliance with Company Policies and procedures. As a Senior Contracts Procurement Engineer your principle accountabilities are • Select and prepare the adequate tendering and contracting strategy that ensures the best value for Company expenditure following the best practice and innovative ideas. • Prepares contractual and commercial aspects of any procurement support works and service tenders required by projects in consultation with the Project Managers. • Prepares and compiles tender I agreement purchase Order contract documentation with legal and finance groups to ensure viability legality interpretation and ease of administration. • Provides expertise for Tenderers' prequalification and processes bid lists including any prequalification exercises and evaluations required and obtains relevant management I tender board approvals. • Participates in the technical and unpriced commercial evaluation of tenders and then leads the subsequent priced commercial evaluation of technically acceptable offers that includes professional adjustment factors depending on the nature of the job and tender. • Prepares a comprehensive technocommercial evaluation report and recommendations. • Processes award recommendations ensure necessary approvals and finalize with successful bidder and the contract documentation. • Validates the development and implementation of all contractor procedures for conformity with the Contract.
