Property Consultant Sales amp Leasing

We are looking to hire a Property Consultant to drive the business in Abu Dhabi. Our company is online with the development of the real estate in Abu Dhabi and is covering all Abu Dhabi areas.



Responsibilities include



• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.

• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.

• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.

• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.

• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.

• Advise clients on market conditions prices legal requirements and related matters.

• Review property listings and attend conventions seminars and staff association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.

• Contact properties owners and advertise services in order to solicit sales listings.

• Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.

• Using advertisements to promote the sale of a property.

• Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs.

• Have a valid UAE driving License.

• Expert in English amp Arabic Reading Writing amp Talking

• Using the Computer ICDL

• Possess a Proven Track Record of Sales.

• Have Telesales and FacetoFace Sales Experience.

• Maintain High Professional Standards.

• Maintain High Punctuality Standards.

• Maintain High Individual Standards.

• Have a Strong Work Ethic.

• Be Hungry for Success amp financial gain.

• Retain a strong Knowledge of the Local and International Real Estate markets.
