Head of HR Qatar Banking Arabic Speaking



The candidate shall be responsible to manage the day to day activities of HR support as well as to develop recommend and implement human resources strategy and policy in support of business objectives.







Main responsibilities







Well versed in the laws and practice of human resources in Qatar especially applicable to the banking sector. Knowledge of any of the HR regimes established by the Qatar Central Bank Pensions Authority andor Qatar Financial Centre is necessary.



Able to advise senior management of appropriate pay and benefits scales prevalent in the organization and any upgrades or modifications needed to stay in line with market practice and performance of the organization



Develop procedures to determine and benchmark required staffing levels



Provide a handson day to day HR service including recruitment and matters related to work permitsvisas



Identify individual and organizational training needs and establish and coordinate a realistic training and development plan and budget to achieve organization goals



Regularly research remuneration packages offered in the local market and offer recommendations to the management in respect of levels of payment and benefits to ensure the continued acquisition and retention of staff



Work effectively with other functions to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
