EMPLOYMENT STATUS

Full Time





KEY RESPONSIBILITIESACCOUNTABILITIES

Designs develops and delivers technical training courses. May lead other technical trainers. Confers with management to determine technical training needs of the organization. Designs develops and updates training aids. Assists the training manager in planning and organizing course schedules in accordance with available resources and operational needs. Tests course participants to measure knowledge transfer and the effectiveness of training. Modifies and improves courses based on feedback. May provide external customer training. Handles special projects as assigned.





ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONSREQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technical field. 3 years product or field service experience and 5 years training experience.





OTHER DETAILS

Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to run the product line tools andor services in the field. Ability to read interpret and edit technical training documents. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
