SENIOR RESIDENT ENGINEERS

Required Qualification

bull BScBEng in Civil engineering

bull Chartered Professional Engineer from a recognised professional body or equivalent

bull Certified PMP is preferred

bull GCC Experience is preferred

bull Consultancy Experience

Required Experience

bull Minimum of two decades presence on large commercial projects involving infrastructural design with knowledge of codes design manuals and construction practices.

bull Ability to interpret complex contract documents including plans specifications shop drawings.

bull Ability to make decisions and recommendations on significant engineering problems and review drawings specifications and installations for constructability.

bull Demonstrated ability to collect data to brief Client on project issues and provide possible resolutions in addition to reviewing and more...
