Jewelry Accessories Supervisor

1.Works with the brand and retail operations management. Develops initiatives to improve sales operation profitability whilst minimizing impact of competitors.

2.Manages and ensures that sales objectives are reached and business development achievements are done in terms of quality quantity and market shares.

3.Works on the development and quantifying retail strategies planned actions and tactics.

4.Issues yearly business plans and budget proposal and propose a development plans and marketing budgets for each assigned brand

5.Manages sales and merchandising teams to ensure

•Technical knowledge and skills of staff on product merchandize and new launches

•Plans and objectives are correctly and clearly understood and implemented

•Window and instore displays are correctly presented and maintained.

6.Ensures stock availability within reasonable to optimum inventory levels

7.Ensures effective rotation of products by implementing brand guidelines. Oversees stocktaking counting and describing the goods in stocks.
