HR Manager – Saudi National

Prominent diversified Saudi Group seeks an experienced HR Manager for its growing Retail Group.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer you will have a highly visible role in the business. Responsibilities will include managing a team of HR Government Relations and PRO’s in supporting a headcount circa 2000 employees. You will cover all aspects of HR from manpower planning to training and development Saudization and compensation and benefits.



The ideal candidate for this role MUST be a Saudi National with at least 5 years HR experience. You will be strong both operationally and strategically and have a good commercial mind. You will have gained your experience in a large organization ideally retail or FMCG and be able to work comfortably at a senior level. Growth and development within the business will be limitless for the right candidate.
