Art Director

To lead the hair section of the branch manage the team 6 12 members and take care of all day to day affairs of the section. Art Director is expected to do consultation to clients allocate work between hairdressers attend training sessions and provide training to staff. Skills should include ALL hair services as per our menu

Qualifications Hairdressing Certification

Min 10 years experience

Stylish ladies with relevant certifications and experience.

Skills



1. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

This includes customer needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

2. Knowledge of the chemical composition structure and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo.

This includes uses of chemicals and their interactions danger signs production techniques and disposal methods.

3. Excellent Communication skills 4. Customer Service skills salary is based on experience accommodation provided.

Accommodation is provided directly behind the beauty center there will be no need for transportation.

Responsibilities



1. Analyze clients hair and other physical features to determine and recommend beauty treatment or suggest hair styles depending on their skin hair condition.

2. Apply creativity art or design work

3. Apply health or sanitation standards

4. Demonstrate and sell hair care products and cosmetics.

5. Cut trim and shape hair or hairpieces based on customers instructions hair type and facial features

6. Identify the training requirements of junior staff and inform Head Office for arranging the trainings.

7. Apply water setting straightening or waving solutions to hair and use curlers rollers hot combs and curling irons to press and curl hair.

8. Keep work stations clean and sanitize tools such as scissors and combs.

9. Develop new styles and techniques.

10.Update and maintain customer information records such as beauty services provided.

11.Administer therapeutic medication and advise patron to seek medical treatment for chronic or contagious scalp conditions.

12. Check into the sales performance

13. Maintain and control the correct proportion of stock level
