Job descriptionJettainer GmbHLocation Abu DhabiResponsible for customer’s Unit Load Devices ULD supply worldwide Responsible for Unit Load Devices ULD movement control within the objective of a demanddriven Unit Load Devices ULD supply Individually responsible for station and hub inventory management Analyze Unit Load Devices ULD demand forecast future demands with defined IT tools define and continuously optimize the station stock and minmax limits based on Unit Load Devices ULD control experience. Organize and supervise ULDpositioning including development of action alternatives for the customer regarding configuration changes 20 Independently analyze the weak areas of the Unit Load Devices ULD supply and the data quality. Develop and implement innovative solutions in close cooperation with the affected internal and external areas 20 Handle station Unit Load Devices ULD requests Take action on the various detailed requests allotting of the ULDs freight reservations in the airline systems transport supervision exception management and work on error queues 20 Handle special customer requests for example the customer’s ad hoc charter business and pallet allocation leased in unites from 3rd parties etcetera 20 Analyze the Unit Load Devices ULD movements on structural imbalances and oneway traffic and independently derive action plans for stations not meeting the quality parameters Resolve bottlenecks within the system as needed Actively steer repair process with local repair facilities steer throughput perform physical repair quality control liaise with central engineering department and develop innovative ideas to improve Unit Load Devices ULD condition Liaising with customer’s responsible management in all operational matters Define generate and evaluate various reports Deputizing for station manager during their absences Other duties as assigned or required Qualification Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience Several years’ experience in the arrangement material planning working preparation or other activity fields which deal with the planning and control of resources with very good aboveaverage achievements Cargo handling experience Very good knowledge of MS Excel Ability to analyze conceptualizes and executes reports Ability to work under pressure and assert oneself Ability to work worked focused while located within the customer’s premise and in constant intensive customer contact Customer focused Able to travel and work weekends and public holidays when needed Willingness to take over extended responsibility Resultdriven Strong analytical competence and conceptual problem solving more...
