Very Urgent Opening HelpDesk Administrator for Qatar VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE Qatar Bahrain USA Australia Singapore India. VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for HelpDesk Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions Skill Set required •34 years of experience in helpdesk service and technical support services. •Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications •Resolve issues on Workstations LAN VoIP telephone Biometric Video systems Printers and other computing equipment is mandatory. •Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktops and server systems •Preliminary support for infrastructure and application servers including Active Directory DNS DHCP DNS Sharepoint 2010 Exchange Server 2010 is mandatory. •Preliminary support for Virtualized infrastructure including VMware. •Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date •Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements •Ensuring that a high level of end user service and support is provided to meet the SLA commitment •Performing basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives •Update and maintain computer inventory and surplus equipment. •Interact with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software •Participate in procurement process as directed by IT Manager. •Experience in Cisco firewall routers and switches will be an added advantage. Behavioral Skills •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to maintain interpersonal relationship with the end users and suppliers •Excellent Listening skills •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and customer needs. •High communication and presentation skills. •Ability to work under pressure •Prioritization skills and good time management and organization skills Qualifications •Diploma in Computer Engineer Science. Preferably to hold CCNA certification or MCSE Terms and conditions Joining time frame 2 weeks maximum 1 month.
