Plan amp Execute the Site Yearly Plan in alignment with the GM

Manage all departments operating in the site

Direct plan and coordinate to ensure efficiency in the site

Plan amp Evaluate the needed workforce in the site

Implement Effectively in the site the Central Policies amp the Procedures

Ensure the availability all the Machinery Specifications Purchasing needs to implement the Agro production plan

Administer daily operations

Work with department heads

Manage financial budgets

Take care of site expenditure and bills

Manage company property such as cars telecommunication devices…etc.

المهارات

Bachelor Degree

From 10 15 years of experience in the field of Site Managing Preferably Agriculture Sites

Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization

Strong interpersonal analytical mathematical and problem solving skills

Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices

Strong computer skills including knowledge of SAP Microsoft Word Power Point Excel and Outlook to generate reports and analyze data

Very Good in English language Spoken and Written
