Pulse International is looking for a Senior Technologist ImmunoChemistry for an exciting new opportunity in Qatar.

The Centre will be an ultra modern alldigital academic medical centre which is being designed and planned to the best international standards in sciences. It will offer speciality care for women and children.

Job Summary

Working with the Chief Technologist the Technologist II ImmunoChemistry assists in the commissioning of the relevant sections. This involves the commissioning of equipment IT systems recruitment onboarding and training of staff preparing policies and procedures in accordance with CAPISO15189 and JCI. The Technologist II ImmunoChemistry will be part of a team of Biomedical ScientistsTechnologists delivering high quality services in their speciality and will have operational oversight of a team within the department. Provides professional support in the area of speciality to the Chief Technologist.

ESSENTIAL Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Biomedical SciencesClinical Laboratories or other relevant program.


• 35 years relevant experience in a North American Academic Institution or equivalent in the UK Republic of Ireland EU States South Africa Australia or New Zealand.


• Experience in LIS operations.


• Speciality ASCP or FIBMS UK or equivalent.


• Knowledge of ISO15189CPACAP JCI standards and guidelines.


• Experience in team management.


• Experience in evaluating new technologies.


• Demonstrated ability in conducting meetings and making presentations.


• Excellent communications skills both written and oral.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.


• Fluency in written and spoken English.
