A highly esteemed brand in the KSA region is looking for a Senior Reward and Policy Manager to join their Jeddah based team on a permanent basis. You will report into the HR Director and your responsibilities will include



Develop enhance and standardise the compensation and benefits programmes

Analysing the current Reward structure benchmarking this against the market designing suitable adaptations and implementing accordingly

Reward market analysis and standardisation

Manage a small team of Reward professionals

Ensure all programmes meet the organisation's objectives relating to internal equity and external market competitiveness.



The successful candidate will



Be a highly competent Reward professional having previously enhanced and developed Compensation and Benefits processes

Be experienced in compensation change implementation

Have an understanding of Compensation and Benefits processes across the GCC region

Have experience with Mercer IPE

Be able to operate in a strategic manner and design new processes whilst stil more...
