A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by a large main contractor for a large build construction project based in Doha Qatar. The project is part of the large Doha infrastructure and city upgrading plans and is one of the most prestigious and exciting projects in the Middle East. The project itself is a large mixed use building with complex design and structural works. The value is in excess of 600 Million USD. The project will include some surrounding infrastructure including access roads landscaping and construction of tennis courts. The role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor and the successful candidate will assist the Commercial and Contracts Managers with site based commercial elements such as Bows variations and management of junior surveyors. Candidates will ideally have A Minimum of years experience in Quantity Surveying. Experience working on high rise or large value construction projects Experience working in Qatar or Middle East Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying ideally from and internationally recognised university.
