Job Description



This is a great opportunity to join the Construction Week Qatar Awards Winner of Consultant of the Year 2013. KEO’s Project Management Construction Management division provides engineering and construction supervision services. We require Chartered Quantity Surveyors to join our team. KEO are involved with some of the most exciting challenging and sustainable construction projects currently being undertaken in the Middle East and internationally. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following • Preparation of budget and cost estimates on Infrastructure and build projects with specific focus on Highway related projects. • Proven ability to manage directing planning and coordinating the administrative and fiscal aspects of the project. • Preparation of bill of quantities and progress reports. • Proven capability in preparing the cost analysis planning controlling and value engineering. • Significant experience in recommending procurement methods for projects. • Working knowledge of FIDIC. • Basic knowledge of general design and construction activities for infrastructure projects including major highways and internal roads. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships. Qualification Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience and the successful candidate will be Chartered RICS CIOB MICES SCS or equivalent.
