The successful applicants will enjoy the benefits of working with a dedicated International Award Winning Team. Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef you will be required to work seamlessly with a production team that demands perfection in its creations.

We're currently recruiting a trade qualified Pastry Chef de Partie who prides themselves on producing the highest quality amp consistency for creative concepts and tastes.



You will need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to drive and contribute to the kitchen team.



With experience working in the manufacture of high quality cakes and pastries in the finest traditions.



You should have experience in both Patisserie and Sugar decor.
