Job Description

Support the Regional Managing Director and his team in the fulfillment of their duties including managing diaries arranging meetings travel and accommodation.nbsp Administration of salesforce tracking and generation of regional governance and financial reports and overall office organization are also required

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Operations Manager with dotted line reporting to GM dnata Abu Dhabi on Marketing Business Development and strategic activities. The job holder will grow and manage the Leisure Travel market in Abu Dhabi.

Duties and Responsibilities

bullAssembles MRFR reports by compiling consolidating formatting and summarizing information graphs and presentations.

bullManaging the updating of regional salesforce reporting including EMC reports.

bullUpdates competitor information by inputting data from media sources and internal company analysts compiling consolidating formatting and summarizing information graphs and presentations distributing reports to ME BD Team

bullSupports sales presentations by assembling proposals videos slide shows demonstration and product capability booklets compiling account and competitor analyses.

bullProviding support for marketing events and exhibitions as required and coordinating with Corporate team

bullCoordination of Arabic brochures by formatting content and graphics arranging printing and internet packages.

bullMaintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory of brochures and DVDs.

bullManages ordering and distribution of promotional items.

bullUpdates job knowledge by participating in exhibition and conference opportunities.

bullProviding administrative support in terms of travel arrangements and expenses

bullOther tasks as assigned by the MD

Qualifications Experience

bullPersonable presentable and articulate with good team working skills

bullEffective project management skills

bullSound understanding of marketing principles

bullStrong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers

bullComputer proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office and email

bullStrong administration organizational and time management skill

bullArabic language skills desirable but not mandatory
