Accountable and responsible for ensuring the functional domain of Business Applications acirc128147 Oracle EBS HR amp Payroll PampC acirc128147 in order to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness of the same.



Job Description



acirc128cent Update and amend module functionality to ensure that Oracle EBS is able to meet user information requirements on an ongoing basis and that respective module continue to reflect business processes.

acirc128cent Participate in functional designs prototyping configuration system and necessary testing of the Oracle EBS HR amp Payroll PampC Finance module in order to ensure alignment of the same with the respective business processes.

acirc128cent Development and documentation of requirements testing and acceptance with appropriate user involvement

acirc128cent Plan and incorporate the process of Oracle EBS HR amp Payroll PampC Finance activities onto current systems so as to ensure a seamless integration.

acirc128cent Development of user documentation and cheat sheets where necessary

acirc128cent Interface with technical analysts in trouble shooting and provision of timely workarounds

acirc128cent Development of reports and dashboards to enhance standard reports

acirc128cent Development and documentation of requirements testing and acceptance with appropriate user involvement

acirc128cent Ensuring system controls and access are in compliance with organization mandated controls and segregation of duties

acirc128cent Provision and facilitation of training in system functionality

acirc128cent Construct and maintain business controls and Oracle EBS functional access in compliance with mandated segregation of duties SOD.

acirc128cent Ensures the project information is effective and efficient and all HR amp Payroll PampC aspects of projects assets are based on professional standards and regulatory requirements
