My client a leading civil contractor in the Middle East has started a very prestigious roads and highways mega project in Qatar. This is an opportunity to work on and be part of what will be one of the most talked about highways project in the middle east over the coming years. You will have a contractor background and a proven track record on roads and highways projects. Shall be qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in Cost Engineering or Quantity Surveying from internationally recognized accredited University or a related technical institution accepted by the Engineer. A formal training in takingoff quantities estimating quantities and cost cost planning and cost control techniques together with familiarity with related software is required.
