Business Development Manager UAE

The Business Development Manager will take responsibility for developing and securing new work for the company. Reviewing and ensuring that all potential projects are profitable and have maximum probability of success. Working within acceptable margins which support the broader business direction whilst maintaining focus on the companyrsquos objectives of growth and profitability.

To be of the correct calibre for our client candidates should be able to demonstrate the following criteria

• Held the role of Business Development Manager or similar with a recognised international Exploration and Production organisation.


• Minimum 10 yearsrsquo experience.


• MBA in business related study


• Experience in Bid Tendering and Winning work in Upstream Oil and Gas industry.


• Previous delivered an increase in revenue from lead cultivated.


• Ability to speak Arabic and previous experience in the Middle East is preferable.
