The primary objective of this role will be to drive customised process module sales within the African upstream Oil amp Gas industry including



bull Responsibility for maximising sales and delivering the agreed targets for the African region.

bull Implementing a sales strategy to increase and strengthen customer relationships and ensure business objectives are met.

bull Achieving the annual revenue and contribution targets set for business.

bull Raising awareness of company capabilities and resources within identified customer and geographical regions.

bull Creating new enquires and maintaining an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline.

bull Provision of sales reports to detailing performance key criteria provide accurate forecasts on a month end basis.

bull Interact with customers to close sales answers questions and build confidence in the products and the company through ongoing field sales visits and regular motivational sales meetings and reviews.

bull Responsibility for negotiating prices and terms and conditions on quotes orders contracts and tenders. Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to sales program while following worldwide policies.

Who we39re looking for

The successful candidate must be degree qualified in chemical or mechanical engineering have excellent English speaking skills and have a comprehensive technical direct sales and field experience in the upstream process industry including



bull A strong network of senior level decision makers within Africa39s EPC39s amp End Users.

bull Ability to make complex decisions and customer commitments in real time.

bull Capable of thinking outside the square to deliver innovative deal structures that provide a compelling business solution that creates a winwin situation.

bull Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

bull Experience negotiating large contracts
