As a Bar Talent Coach Supervisor you will be a part of our Beverage Food department reporting directly to the Outlet Manager.



Job Description

As a Bar Talent Coach Supervisor you are responsible to supervise the day to day operations of Wahm in order to ensure compliance with all policies procedures standards while aiming at satisfying and exceeding the guests' expectations. Your further tasks are to assign duties to reporting Talent to constantly inspect the bar setup while assigning various side duties to Talent to take corrective actions and handle guest complaints to support and look after special events and receptions held in the outlet to accomplish administrative tasks such as attending meetings conducting reports as required and scheduling to assist in the identification of training needs and the development of a training plan and to provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that service standards are followed.



Requirements

College Degree in Hotel Management or related field is beneficial.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position are required.

Previous Middle East Experience is preferred.

Proficiency in the English Language and knowledge of Micros are required.
