Our client a multinational luxury lighting company is looking for a resultdriven Area Manager Projects. You will be covering UAE Kuwait Jordan Qatar markets and will be reporting to the Regional Director Middle East Subcontinent AfricaJOB PURPOSETo develop manage and coordinate project business in lighting and architectural solutions among given territory in order to meet established targets. Coordinate and cooperate among the team with support in technical and commercial part of the businessMAIN DUTIESResearch on projects within the territory and access decision makersinfluencers for projects in and outside the territory with respect to territory divisions among the rest of the teamManage to specify the products among major designersspecifiersSupport PROJECT CONSULTANT in technical and commercial negotiationsCoordinate and organise technical and coordination meetings among installations of productsConcentrate on procurement sale part of the business process to ensure specified non specified is being procuredDevelop a database of clients designers contractors procurement agents in the given territoryCoordinate business relationships with existing accounts and cooperate with ALP's among small scale projects. Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective accounts to increase product awarenessPrepare market plans and strategies among given territory. Prepare on monthly basis thorough report and twice a year participate on overall presentation of the areaCooperate among national and international team members Support after sales service among the whole territoryKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESKEY RESULTS AREAS KRASupport the established team targetMaintain and exceed the pipeline of the projectsGet knowledge of important projects in the territoryMaintain and update database of accountsPromote and highlight Company's LIGHTING products among the territoryMAJOR CHALLENGESGet full knowledge of standard portfolio of products and capabilities of customized solutionsManageexceed the pipeline of the projects in the territoryCoordinate with Project Coordinator among the new projects and pipelineOrganise and plan independently and effectively among the territoryManaging comm more...
