Responsible for managing multiple number of Café Vergnano restaurants in a professional and organized manner located at different prime locations of Doha.

•Review analyze the sales vs budget and the variance report and suggest with the necessary action plan.

•Increase sales by setting local restaurants marketing plan and monitoring the execution.

•Set challenges for the restaurant managers to increase sales thru guests’ satisfaction hence building customer loyalty.

•Monitor the PL of each store and achieve the targets.

•Carryout studies on competitors activities and propose marketing and promotion plans for local market.

•Maintain and improve the Quality Hygiene standards in the outlets.

•Develop and train staff to provide highest level of customer satisfaction.

•Maintain a healthy working environment and excellent communication among the staffs.

Skills

•Manage the crew training program and responsible for restaurant personnel files.

•Helps complete monthly restaurant reports.

•Assist in training of Service Experts and Manager Trainees.

•Responsible for training of Service Supervisors.

•Assist the restaurant manager in the control of all P L line items and helps to budget and control assigned tasks.

•Responsible for all equipment.

•Manage crew incentives.
