Deliver quarterly and annual orders amp sales commitments
Build and execute clear tactical plans to grow the channel partner business
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist with completion of prequalification processes of GE products at end users where necessary
Perform high ratio of customer visits
Resolve customer issues both technical and commercial by working with cross functional teams
Drive commercial excellence through the full adoption of Salesforce.com and Miller Heiman processes
Participate in global coordination of projects
Prepare weekly orders and sales forecasting
Prepare quarterly management reporting and deep dive sessions
Close cooperation and involvement with marketing teams
Provide input for marketing plans and assist execution thereof
Lead the creation and publication of success stories and win announcements
Sell the GE IP portfolio work in a boundaryless fashion with other GE businesses to drive orders and growth opportunities for GE.
Work with integrity and complianceQualificationsRequirements Bachelor in Engineering Computers Business Management Marketing and Sales or equivalent.
Be knowledgeable of competitive and market environment.
Proven technical and commercial sales experience as an individual contributor.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
Proven influencenegotiation skills.
Able to work effectively in a multifunctional team.
Fluent in English and Arabic
10 years of experience with significant experience in Automation Control Systems or Operations Management software solutions.
Knowledge of LEAN principles
Knowledge of Six Sigma quality
Experience in large infrastructure projects with relationships at EPC companies
Required to travel extensively in Middle East North Africa and USA
Must have local market knowledge and understanding.
Candidate must satisfy local work permit and residency requirements for Dubai UAEAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics Handson experience with GE IP products. Miller Heiman alumni Salesforce.com experience Knowledge of IEC 61850 DNP3 ISA95 ISA88 OMAC Knowledge of automation communication protocols and networking standards Knowledge of ERP and MES products Existing relationships with end customers consultants and partners French language would be advantageous 6 Sigma Green belt Located in Dubai
