Receptionist

The role of the receptionist is responsible for providing office support services including secretarial clerical and administrative assistance in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Sacoor Brothers Office.



Responsibilities included but not limited to

Greet assist andor direct office visitors

Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible

Receive direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages

Pick up and deliver the mail

Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings office tasks coordination conferences and conference telephone calls

Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies

Respond to public inquiries

Provide wordprocessing and secretarial support

Monitor the use of supplies and equipment

Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment

1 years relevant experience

Regional experience would be an advantage.

Strong understanding of the office management.

Confident professional communicator

Organized and disciplined

Creative and energetic

Hardworking and Able to perform well under pressure

Strong interpersonal skills
