Procurement Coordinator
•Provide a complete secretarial and administrative service to the department
•Provide a complete correspondence service routing correspondence as necessary and drafting replies where appropriate
•Administration of all contracts
•Administration of the prequalification and supply database
•Responsible for issuing departmental reports on a monthly basis
•Provide a time managementdiary service for the line manager
•Record minutes of internal department meetings
•Book and prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies and equipment
•Coordination of all business travel requirement for the Head of Department and team including obtaining relevant visas flight tickets and accommodation
