Job descriptionCoordinates with dept heads and managers to assess and identify their complete requirements for building and facility. Evaluates Project scope and conditions to provide information to anagement for decision making. Prepare and Administer the Contracts including addition deletion or changes in the provisions of the contract to ensure that all conditions stipulated in the cnotract are clearly understood and fulfilled by the contractor and all requirements of internal customers are met and satisfied. Prepare the section’s annual expense budget forecast and monitor daily expenses against this budget to ensure that the section is operating within the authorized expenditures.
