Leading a team of 510 including Estimators QS's and designers.
Coordination and close liaison with inhouse and external designers procurement dept and civil estimation team.
Coordination and preparation of technical and commercial tender.
Good knowledge of estimation process tendering and interpretation of drawings specifications floating enquiries evaluation of quotations and pre amp post tender activities.
Good Knowledge of the local market especially Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
