We are in the process of recruiting on behalf of our client a Director of Clinical Professional Development.



Based in Doha Qatar this is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront during this significant period of growth within the Middle East.



Reporting into the Chief Clinical Officer this senior role will require a confident individual who will lead and implement all clinical and professional practice development strategies.



Ideally candidates will have direct experience within either substance abuse or behavioral disorders.



Currently in the opening stages this state of the art sanctuary retreat will offer treatment and rehabilitation for both male and female Qataris for substance abuse. As a luxury wellness centre this will be a thriving hub with bespoke patient care.

Skills

Essential



•Recognized professional qualification in a clinical discipline medicine psychology nursing

•Post graduate qualification in the management of substance use and behavioral disorders

•Five years of current and relevant experience of which a minimum of 2 must have been within a mental health or addiction setting



Desirable

•Experience within facilitating training modules presentations at management level

•Any additional languages in particular Arabic
